Returns
- We offer free size or style exchanges within 30 days of delivery date of equal or lesser value within 30 days of delivery date (excludes Oomiay Fine pieces which have their own return policy HERE)
- To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, with tags and in the same condition that you received it. Please note a $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount for U.S. orders. International orders may be subject to a higher restocking fee.

Natural Wear and Tear
Any jewelry made with copper such as .925 sterling silver, yellow and rose gold items can tarnish slightly over time given various skin oil types (since they are not solid gold pieces). Although this is caused by natural properties found in metals, our 3x dipped plating technique prolongs the process as long as proper jewelry care is taken :)

I’ve loved this bracelet since I got it as a Valentine’s Day gift from my fiancé (then, boyfriend). I saw this in an ad on TikTok, so I was skeptical of the quality, but loved it and asked for it for V-Day this year. If you’re worried about the quality as well, take this review as your sign to get this bracelet.
I recently moved in April then promptly misplaced this bracelet. I’ve torn my house apart searching for it, thinking I must have put it somewhere while bringing boxes in. I even went through our garbage the day I realized it was gone and found nothing. I was actually devastated about it as I really loved this piece.
Today, after 4 months of searching, I finally found it right where I park my car in our gravel driveway. I have probably ran this bracelet over with my car, grated it across rocky gravel, and it even survived a minor landslide. I literally ran it over with my car every day since April. I’m not joking, it looks pristine. It’s as shiny, gold, and beautiful as the day I received it, and once I got the dirt out of it, it doesn’t even look scratched. This held up better than many other high-end brands would (ahem- Kate Spade). Seriously, the quality is great, it’s beautiful, and it’s something I never want to let out of my sight again.

This heart bracelet is so cute! The quality is definitely there and the color is beautiful and just right, however I thought it was a linked bracelet but it’s actually a stretchy string bracelet so the design kinda bummed me out because the hearts constantly turn in and out but it’s still a pretty bracelet!
