How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE domestic shipping in the US for any Oomiay purchase over $50+! For orders under $50 we offer a discounted $3.99 shipping fee. International countries will be charged accordingly during check out.

How long does it take to get my order?

US orders are usually delivered within 3-6 business days (unless noted otherwise or if expedited 2-day shipping is selected). International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the country and its customs.

Can I return my product?

Yep! Just use our hassle-free return portal here within 30 days of your delivery date. Your item(s) must be unused, with tags and in the same condition that you received it. Please note a $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount

Will my ring tarnish or turn my fingers green?

Nope! Our Heavy Gold+ is designed to resist tarnishing for years. While all non-solid jewelry can eventually fade over time, our plating is 5X thicker with an additional protective coating. Plus our 2 year warranty has you covered 💜

Customers typically enjoy 2-4+ years before slight fading occurs. The key is proper jewelry care - removing before swimming, showering and storing properly extends life significantly.

What is Heavy Gold+?

Heavy Gold+ is our premium plating process for rings using 2.5 microns of 18k gold - that's 5X thicker than the industry standard. Combined with our e-coating seal for extra protection, our rings are designed to stay beautiful for years!

What is Black Gold?

Black gold is created using black rhodium plating (rhodium is from the platinum family) which results in the gorgeous black finish

What metals do you use?

All our gold/rose gold pieces use a hypoallergenic brass base (no nickel) and are heavy gold plated with 18k yellow or rose gold. Our sterling silver pieces are genuine .925 sterling silver with rhodium plating (from the platinum family) to keep it shining for years!

What are Oomiay Crystals?

Our crystals are premium 5A grade cubic zirconia or glass, cut with a technique that refracts light with the most radiance!

Is it waterproof?

Our jewelry is water-resistant, not waterproof 😊 It is designed to handle everyday life- caught in rain, quick hand washes, occasional splashes - totally fine! However, we recommend removing pieces for swimming, showering, applying perfume and extended water exposure to maximize lifespan.

Why can't you make waterproof jewelry?

Great question! Brands claiming "waterproof" typically use stainless steel - it’s too stiff to bend for intricate designs or detailed stone settings. Our Heavy Gold+ allows us to create the playful, detailed pieces you love while still being water-resistant for everyday wear.
